Born on September 28, 1982, I’m a lifelong fitness enthusiast turned visionary leader in the world of fitness and sensuality. Passionate about helping others, I’m now pursuing the art of blending strength, confidence, and connection to transform lives from the inside out. Let’s create magic together!

Beauty is a way of expression that goes beyond the spoken words. Beauty is about adding a tender touch to the toughest of the creations. Beauty is unadulterated and yet, evokes a blend of emotions. Because beauty is embodiment of strength in real sense. I believe in good looking body and Beauty- that makes your body look good. Inspite of being a professional athlete, I made sure that my feminine beauty goes hand in hand with my muscle strength.
I am a Fitness Model, a Certified Coach, Nutritionist and a WOMEN FIGURE-IFBB- PRO & OVERALL CHAMPION 2021 ATHLETE. I have also been awarded as a “A GLOBAL WOMEN ACHIEVER” in fitness industry in 2022 and “MIDDLE EAST’S WOMEN LEADER” in fitness industry in 2023. I am endowed with a chiseled physique and beauty that enhances my personality. I coach people across all age groups and hold a respectable stature in the universe of female fitness. I also have my online customized training programs for my clients worldwide, hence with my immaculate knowledge, I have touched and transformed lives of many, globally. I also do a lot of motivational speaking sessions for public welfare, for corporate and different other sectors.
As a part of my other achievements- I have been a state level badminton champion, a columnist, an artist, and a corporate professional with 20 years of work experience in UAE, Africa, Asia & Europe. Being a fitness figure IFBB PRO competitor, I bring in an impressive image of a strong & feminine fitness influencer as an inspiration. I aspire to build and spread the importance of fit and healthy lifestyle amongst people. My expertise covers- Maintaining healthy lifestyle, Weight loss, Body Building, Wellness & Confident personality development. I am now residing in Dubai-UAE, working as a - Fitness model, Personal Training—Nutrition & Transformation and Strength & Conditioning coach.
